CORDURA® DENIM is engineered with an intimate blend of military-grade INVISTA T420 nylon 6,6 staple fiber and cotton for an authentic denim look and feel with enhanced abrasion resistance and toughness. CORDURA® is also breathable and can contain stretch properties, allowing you maximum range of motion all while remaining comfortable, whether you’re on or off the bike. Because of its authentic denim look, it’s easy to mistake this material for fashion garment from your favorite brand. Nevertheless, the strength of this material makes it road-ready.

The highly abrasion-resistant and tough CORDURA® fabric has been matched with a mesh lining that is made from COOLMAX®; a high-tech fabric specifically engineered to keep users dry and comfortable. COOLMAX® mesh is made from polyester fibers with an increased surface area. These special multi-channel fibers form a transport system that moves perspiration away from the skin to the outer layer of the fabric, where it can evaporate quickly, allowing the wearer to feel cooler and more comfortable.

The Rilan TF motorcycle jeans have a Tapered Fit and feel comfortable at the waist and thigh area, while from the knee down the model tapers, becoming narrower as they reach the ankle. They also tick all the boxes when it comes to style and safety.

With the influence of fashion at the forefront of the Rilan TF’s design, we wanted to mix things up by creating something that hasn’t been done before. We experimented with creating a simulated “repaired look” jeans that not only has a vintage look and feel but is also CE certified Class A. A pair of fashionable PPE that will keep you on trend for years to come.

We use a 15.5 oz. CORDURA® stretch denim with COOLMAX® & THERMOLITE® elements, along with SEESMART protectors at the knees (hip protection is optional), and triple needle stitching at the high-risk zones.
